Mothers Day Champagne brunch. Our beatuful spread includes; Breakfast buffet -scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, homemade waffles and an omelette station. Salad station-tossed dinner salad, pasta salad, two kinds of bruschette, fresh fruit tray, bocconcini, italian antipasto and assorted cheese tray. Fresh seafood- smoked salmon with bagels and cream cheese, shrimp cocktail and raw clams. Hot entrees-Oven roasted salmon with tomato and onion in a white wine sauce. Chicken Vesuvio, sausage and peppers, baked mostacolli and fried calamari. Carving stations- Baked ham and Prime rib. Dessert station- Assortment of Italian cakes and pastries- too many to list!!!!
